This course will help your current and aspiring leaders understand who they are, how they want to show up in and outside of work, and what is impacting their ability to lead authentically.
Our group coaching program, DiSCovery Group, is for entrepreneurs seeking a sense of community as they focus on their personal and professional development. I’m passionate about helping others see their light, their power, their greatness, and go after what they want in life. I’ve helped hundreds of professionals and leaders at all levels move past internal barriers, find their voice, operate with authenticity, and identify how they want to leave a lasting impact for themselves and those around them.
Yes!- coaching, supporting professionals in and outside of the corporate world, and helping organizations succeed is a true passion of mine, but I wouldn’t be advocating for something I didn’t personally believe in. I benefited from the transformation of having a coach (yes, coaches need coaches too!) when I felt stuck, found myself questioning whose goals I was working towards, and wondering what fulfillment meant to me. I allowed myself to go on the journey of uncovering my internal barriers and Exploring What was Possible for my life, and that is why EWP is so deeply personal for me.
I want to support you on your journey of discovery to help you truly explore what fulfillment and success mean for you and identify actions to help you live the life your future self will thank you for going after vs. the life someone told you that you “should” have.
