Shonna is EWP’s Founder and Principal Consultant. Her passion for empowering current and aspiring leaders—especially front-line leaders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners—drives the mission of EWP Coaching and Consulting. By intentionally building their leadership toolkit, she helps them unlock new opportunities, enhance team performance, and drive sustainable growth. Shonna is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC coach with a Master of Arts in Training and Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the ICF Michigan Chapter and is committed to giving back through the art of coaching and professional development. Shonna spent over 15 years in global organizations leading org-wide and team-specific leadership development, performance management, culture and engagement, and succession planning programs. Her hands-on, customized approach helps leaders enhance their skills and achieve tangible results through specific strategies and tailored programs that directly impact team performance and business success.

Chelsea Seid is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC leadership coach focused on helping people and companies turn their ideas into practices to achieve their goals. Chelsea is the founder and CEO of Talent Praxis, a boutique leadership development company, and a co-founder and CSO of Trio Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited coach training academy. Along with a Master of Business of Administration, Chelsea has 15 years of management, leadership, and talent development experience. In addition to coaching Chelsea trains in management and leadership tools, consults in behavioral competencies, and mentors startup founders and coaches.

Her career has encompassed every aspect of learning and development, from designing and facilitating training to evaluating the effectiveness of performance improvement solutions. Dawn’s experience as a leader in a Fortune 500 company and her Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement allows her to approach situations from a holistic view.
